Delivery and Logistics
Within 1 to 7 days, we will process the order you have paid for, with the goal of completing the delivery of the goods within 15 days, including processing time. The corresponding waybill number will be sent to your corresponding email. You can check your latest logistics information here at any time or use the shop on the waybill number to check the relevant logistics information.

To return items that are defective or incorrect

Include photos and a description of the damaged or incorrect items, along with your order number.
After we receive your email and assess the issue, we will reach out to discuss the next steps. Please remember to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. If it is confirmed that the product is damaged or the final shipment is incorrect due to our negligence, we will cover the full round-trip shipping cost. Please rest assured.
Regarding replacements
Replacements follow a similar process to new orders and typically arrive within 7 to 14 days. If a product needs to be returned for a replacement, the new item will be sent once we receive the returned item and will bear the shipping cost for sending you the replacement item.
Concerning refunds
Please note that we will not cover the shipping cost for the item you are returning to us for a refund. You can submit a return application within three days and choose any logistics service for the product return. The item may take 1 or 2 weeks to reach our warehouse. Once received and inspected (usually within 72 hours), your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after processing.
