Delivery Timeline Assurance
Upon finalizing your order, we commit to dispatching your items within 5 days, aiming for a delivery timeline of approximately 7 days. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered . We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Initiate Returns for Unsatisfactory Products
Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we offer you the opportunity to return the item(s) within 3 days following the delivery date, either for a complete refund or an exchange. To proceed with a return, kindly reach out to us atkevin@coomaer.com. It is important to note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To return items that are defective or incorrect

Include photos and a description of the damaged or incorrect items, along with your order number.
After we receive your email and assess the issue, we will reach out to discuss the next steps. Please remember to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Regarding replacements
Replacements follow a similar process to new orders and typically arrive within 7 to 14 days. If a product needs to be returned for a replacement, the new item will be sent once we receive the returned item.
Concerning refunds
It may take 1 or 2 weeks for your returned items to reach our warehouse. Once received and inspected (usually within 72 hours), your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after processing.
